We do not sell your data

Athleex does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not engage in the sale of personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100 et seq.) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Cross-context behavioural advertising

When you visit our public marketing pages with marketing-cookie consent enabled, we may transmit non-special-category data (such as your IP-truncated address and pageview events) to advertising partners (Meta, Google) for measurement and re-targeting. Under CPRA this may qualify as "sharing".

You can opt out at any time by:

• Clicking the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of any page and disabling the "Marketing" category.
• Sending a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — Athleex honours GPC as an opt-out preference signal under California regulations.
• Emailing info@athleex.com with subject "CCPA opt-out". We respond within 15 business days.

Sensitive personal information

Athleex collects health and fitness data (weight, biometrics, workouts) which qualifies as "sensitive personal information" under CPRA only when the user — exclusively athletes, never the public visitor — explicitly opts in (Art. 9 GDPR equivalent consent). We use this data only for the purpose for which it was collected (training programme management) and never for advertising or profiling beyond what the user activates in the optional Athlete Twin feature. Your right to limit the use of sensitive personal information is built into the consent toggle in your account Settings.

Other CCPA / CPRA rights

You also have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; access a portable copy in JSON or PDF; delete your personal information; correct inaccuracies; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of them, contact info@athleex.com. We verify your identity by matching the request email against the email on file. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by another 45 days for complex requests, with written notice of the extension.

Authorised agent

You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We require written proof of authorisation and independent verification of your identity, in accordance with CCPA §1798.130(a)(7).

Other US states

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Tennessee, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Florida, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Maryland and Minnesota: equivalent opt-out rights apply under your respective state laws and the same procedure above applies.
