Pricing FAQ
How much does Athleex cost?
Athleex starts at €0: the Free plan includes 3 athletes forever, with no expiry date. Paid plans start at €49.90 per month for Starter (up to 50 athletes), €79.90 for Pro (up to 100 athletes) and €99.90 for Elite (up to 200 athletes). All prices exclude VAT.
Is the free plan a time-limited trial?
No. The Athleex Free plan never expires: you can coach up to 3 athletes indefinitely with all core features enabled. No credit card is required to start.
Does Athleex take a commission on my clients' payments?
No. Athleex takes no percentage of what you collect from your athletes. You only pay your plan fee — everything you invoice your clients stays yours.
Can I change plan or cancel any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings, and cancel whenever you want with no penalty. There is no minimum contract term.
What is the difference between Starter, Pro and Elite?
Only the maximum number of athletes you can coach: 50 on Starter, 100 on Pro, 200 on Elite. Every feature — programs, meal plans, chat, invoicing, analytics, Churn Radar — is included in all plans.
Which currencies can I invoice my athletes in?
You can invoice in 17 currencies, including euro, British pound, Swiss franc, US and Canadian dollar, Polish zloty and the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian krone. You set the currency in your profile and it is stored on every invoice you issue.
