Athleex hosts content uploaded by users: photos, videos, messages, reviews and Personal Trainers' public pages. If you find content you believe is illegal or infringes your rights (for example copyright or your image), report it here. This page applies Articles 11, 12 and 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
Single point of contact
For users, rights holders and authorities the single point of contact is info@athleex.com. You can write to us in Italian or English.
What to include in your report
- the exact address (URL) of the content or, if it is inside the app, where it is;
- why you believe the content is illegal or infringes your rights;
- your name and email address (not required if you are reporting child sexual abuse);
- a statement that the information is, in good faith, accurate and complete.
What happens next
We confirm receipt, review the report diligently and tell you our decision. If we remove or restrict content or suspend an account, we explain the reason to the user concerned and tell them how to challenge the decision. Decisions are made by a person, not by an automated system.
If you disagree
You can reply to our email to ask for a review. You can also go to the courts or to AGCOM, the Digital Services Coordinator for Italy.
