Right of withdrawal
If you buy an Athleex subscription as a consumer, that is for purposes outside your trade or profession, you can withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; Italian Consumer Code, arts. 52-59).
Who it applies to
The Athlete plan and any subscription bought by a consumer. It does not apply to a Personal Trainer plan bought for a professional activity (with a VAT number): in that case the Terms of Service apply.
Deadline
You have 14 days from the day of purchase. When you pay, you ask us to start the subscription straight away: you can still withdraw within the 14 days.
How to withdraw
Email info@athleex.com from your account address with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. Your message only needs to be sent before the 14 days end.
Refund
We refund you within 14 days of your message, using the same payment method. Since you asked us to start straight away, we only keep an amount proportional to the days of service already provided up to your message. The subscription ends and does not renew.
Purchases made in the iPhone app
Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are sold by Apple: withdrawal and refunds go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Apple ID settings.
